Bug Description
In "create volume" section,
step 2- List the availability zones, and note the ID of the availability zone in which you want to create your volume:
$ nova availability-
should be replaced with
$ cinder availability-
Nova availability zones (AZ) are not same as cinder availability zones. NOVA and CINDER are unaware of the AZ's of each other.

Sample case-
Deploying multi-node setup using packstack. Packstack supports only one cinder node and multiple compute nodes and each compute node would be an AZ but cinder will have only one AZ ( the cinder host )
