We have a work around for 6.x and I know Pavel has been working on fixing this upstream (in libvirt).

Timofey have confirmed that the live migration occurs in MOS in the peer2peer mode and not in tunnelled mode.

That makes merged libvirt changes [1] suitable to implement the selective block device migration in nova hence fixing that bug.

However, this is to be implemented upstream.

Hence, moving this to "Won't Fix" in MOS.
