Bug Description

build 72 on krillin
- open camera-app and record a video
- do leftwards swipe (*not* from the screen edge) to open the photo roll and click the video to play it back
- the video is played back in the Media Player application
- stop the video
- press the close button by pressing bottom left button in toolbar

Expected Results:
- camera-app is shown and fully usable

Actual results:
- camera-app is shown, but header is partially cut off and the app does not accept any input

Guessing this issue has to do with how the Media Player is exiting and the app manager may be getting confused, but needs to be investigated.
