Bug Description
Taking pictures is no problem and I can see a preview of my webcam but as soon as I press the record button the preview just freezes and I end up with a 0 byte sized MPEG with the correct length of the recorded video. I am using the freya beta.

Update: Recording Videos with guvcview works fine. A proposed solution on the cheese forums was to reduce the resolution of the webcam and try again. But that is not an option because the option does not exist in snap.
