Bug Description
[Impact]
The serial console on HP Moonshot cartridges is connected to the chassis manager which currently expects data at 9600 baud. We are therefore hardcoding a kernel commandline argument of console=
[Test Case]
Use test firmware from HP to bump the firmware from 9600 to 115200 and verify that the console output is still visible over the VSP (virtual serial port).
[Regression Risk]
It's easy to test that working combinations still work today.
