Bug Description
Binary package hint: dumputils
dumputils is FTBFSing because of missing /usr/bin/arch util.
Please find attached a debdiff, which fixes the issue

dumputils (1.0.0-1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low
* Makefile: (LP: #136949)
- removed ARCH setting
* debian/rules:
- Added make call to know about ARCH setting (/usr/bin/arch is not
available in ubuntu somehow)
