Deployment failed on HA/Centos/SWIFT

Deployment failed during the deployment of first node on part where rings should be generated for swift.
It's definitely not network related problem because deployment failed on first node.

We have deployed few clusters from the same image(506) before and everything was fine so I assume that there is a race conditions somewhere in swift/ring building puppet manifests.

Vladimir, It was 5.1 env.
