[Wizard] Connect to Wi-Fi screen is behaving erratically

On image #218 the Connect to Wi-Fi screen seems to be behaving quite strangely. When I cancel the connection attempt, the menu entries will move around - sometimes they even become duplicated. Multiple entries can be selected at once too. The best way to reproduce this is simply to select a network, cancel the attempt, select again - crazy stuff will happen each time.

Ideally, exactly the same code should be being used to list Wi-Fi networks inside System Settings, the Network indicator, and the first-run setup. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#wi-fi-network>

A fix went in for this a couple days ago bug #1362296
