Please check the attached tar ball for log files. The log files named with a "2" in it is got after hibernated. The log files named without a "2" in it is got before hibernated.

Please let me know if other information is needed.

I'm getting all these USB messages when hibernating since Feisty, too. This might be quite easy to hide, but quite important because Ubuntu will be much smoother.

Perhaps the problem is really that these messages are printed to the console in the first place? After all, if you're trying to use the console then that's irritating regardless of whether you're using hibernate.

Sorry but I'm not very clear about what you mean. Do you mean that the messages are printed to TTY1?

Hi Xiaoyang,

When you guys test with the Hardy Alpha2 release, can you verify if you still witness these messages when you try to hibernate? Thanks.

Sure. And there was no message when I try to hibernate with the Hardy
Alpha1 release.

Launchpad Janitor (janitor) wrote : Kernel team bugs

Per a decision made by the Ubuntu Kernel Team, bugs will longer be assigned to the ubuntu-kernel-team in Launchpad as part of the bug triage process. The ubuntu-kernel-team is being unassigned from this bug report. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies for more information. Thanks.
