multi screen config not remembered after reboot

Bug Description

The physical location of my second monitor is on the left side of the build in display. So, I adjust the logical location of it in the `system settings`->`display` panel. However, the logical location is reset to the right side of the build in display after reboot.

I hope eOS can keep multi screen settings after reboot.

Are you sure this is fixed, i'm encountering similar issue almost every day on 0.3.1 Freya. When i plug my laptop via display port and reduction to HDMI HUB and then switch hub to display output from laptop, display configuration is set do default, so external display is on right side and default display i set to the laptop.
