[bluetooth] undefined variable used

Bug Description

Using current utopic/rtm image, the bluetooth panel displays warning about "ReferenceError: count is not defined"

the code uses that for the different columns/sections
" visible: bluetoothActionGroup.enabled && (count > 0)"

or "count" is not a property of column nor defined ... Mathieu, do you remember what was the intend there?

This was converted away from a ListView, but why do the devices lists show given its not defined
