When switching to settings the indicator panel should close autmatically

Bug Description
When switching to Settings from the indicator, the indicator panel should slide up and hide.
Instead it is left on screen and there is no feedback indicating that the Settings application just loaded in the background.
Other indicators (e.g. bluetooth) hide automatically when switching, so this one should do the same.
