[Security & Privacy] 'Sleep locks immediately' isn't set properly and doesn't persist

When I uncheck 'Sleep locks immediately' then lock the screen, then unlock it, the phone is still locked immediately. This is probably because the setting is not persisting, since if I uncheck it, go back and then return to the screen then it is still checked.
