couchdb-bin doesn't install on ppc64le

Package installs fine on amd64, but on POWER8:

ubuntu@stilson-01:~$ sudo apt-get install couchdb

Thanks Jorge. It seems that couchdb-bin is not target for ppc64el, but the other packages for couchdb are, as shown:

I recall a while back seeing a couchdb build failure on ppc64el, but I didn't have time to look into it further (an edianness issue in one of its internal C libraries, I reckon).

I'll try and track it down.

I am working on porting couchdb charm ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+source/couchdb/+bug/1371307 ) on Ubuntu trusty (ppc64le), as a part of charm porting I ported couchdb version 1.5.0 on Ubuntu. I am sharing building steps here, as it might helpful to other peoples who wanted to work with older version of couchdb.
