about window is missing translations, improperly formatted [$50]

The about window is missing some translations in the German version

# "Copyright © 2014 Pantheon Photos Developers" should read "Urheberrecht © ..." (actually the ©-sign should be sufficient as it is internationally understood)
# "Suggest Translations" should read "Übersetzungen vorschlagen"
# The text of LGPL should be in German and not be indented by 30 spaces (!)

(I tried to go through "Suggest Translations" but could not file the respective strings.)

We have promised a translation freeze when Freya beta2 milestone is completed so if we are going to fix this this cycle, it needs to happen before then.

A translation freeze is like the stupidest idea (because wrong translations are bugs that should be fixed at all times).... well. I cannot seem to find the right strings, so no way for me to fix it.

What I mean is a string freeze, where we do not add, remove or modify
strings so that the translation teams can get caught up.
