Steps to repro:
- start settings app
- go to battery indicator
- tap on "Battery settings..."
Expected:
- indicators close, settings app is on battery
Current:
- nothing happens

@kgunn, this defect is currently recorded as the root cause of a number of test failures in the krillin test plan. Should it therefore be rtm14?
