enigma-locale-XX README.Debian files refer to "IceDove"

/usr/share/doc/enigmail-locale-de/README.Debian and the other README.Debian files of other locales refer to IceDove and Debian.

It appears that editing debian/scripts/README.Debian.template can fix this.

Additionally, the following section does not work with Ubuntu (it re-generates the locales, but does not allow to configure them):

or to change the global default by
   dpkg-reconfigure locales
"""
What would be the correct advice here?

Please fix the following minor issues in the readme:
s/work with the corresponding/work if the corresponding/
s/is set to "sv_SE:sv./is set to "sv_SE:sv"./
