Bug Description

I don't know exactly how to reproduce this but this is what happens:

I open some files with Scratch, then close the app.
Open Scratch and after loading the previous files, some go blank and file size 0 bytes.

This is critical since the content is removed and there is no way of geting the contents of the files back.
Lost some OS files because of this.

This might be related to a plugin instead of Scratch itself.

This is a really strange bug, I can't reproduce it even after several attempts.

This is a really random thing.
Finally after many openings I managed to capture a terminal log of the situation.
I don't know if there's actually something useful in the log.
1. Opened files of a folder with: $ scratch-text-editor Documentos/*
Every file got loaded. Closed Scratch
2. Opened Scratch with: $ scratch-text-editor
In one of those 2 "CMakeLists.txt" gone empty.

This seems to happen to me semi-consistintley when the auto reloading of last open files runs and my vm is running slow because I have other stuff running and I start clicking tabs before the text is loaded to display for a tab
