Bug Description
[ OK ] DepartmentsDbCo
It is taking almost two whole minutes for this one test to run, and it is eating up several hundred KB/s of disk I/O while doing so. Our test suite should not be this slow.

* New upstream release.
- Get department from .desktop files of preinstalled apps.
