Bug Description
If camera is killed by oom killer (if too many apps open) it needs to come back to it's previous state. Currently it comes back to default setting which is quite annoying. We should use StateSaver to save/restore the following properties:
- front/rear camera setting
- still/video mode
- flash setting
- hdr setting
- location setting
To test it being killed by oom killer, use this command:
kill -2 <pid of camera-app>
