Getting kentucky.ubuntu-us.org back online

We would like to start the process of getting the Kentucky LoCo site back online. The URLs that were in use were http://kentucky.ubuntu-us.org and http://ky.ubuntu-us.org. Please let me know what other information you need to have.

Hi Eric, for restoring the site, the best process is to log into the irc channel #canonical-sysadmin on freenode, preferably in the morning EDT (which is afternoon London time) and ask to have this done.

It is difficult for me to be in irc at that time. By the time I get
off of work their day is over.
