No way to Edit a notebook name

Bug Description
If you save a notebook after quickly typing in a name there is then no way to edit it to change it to the correct name except through the web.
On the main notebooks page you should be able to select a notebok and get a similar edit function as seen on individual note pages.

In Notebook class there is the function to edit the name of a Notebook, so we need to implement it only in frontend.
We need to discuss the design of the function: I suggest to add a little pencil on the left of the title, and on click to change the label with the title in a textfield...
