depends on mencoder, which doesn't work with libav 10

Bug Description

It looks like we're going to have to remove mencoder from utopic, since it doesn't work with libav 10 (see http://bugs.debian.org/732159). Could recorditnow perhaps use something like avconv for its encoding needs instead?

In the meantime, I'm moving this to utopic-proposed and blocking it from utopic by way of this bug.
