Bug Description
It would be very useful to apply a filter on the translations before downloading them.
The use case I'm thinking about would be to only download translations that are relatively complete above a certain threshold that can be specified, for instance 75%.

While indeed interesting, it's quite easy to offline do the filtering once you've got a full tarball export ("msgfmt -v" can be used to get statistics per PO file, and that can further be parsed using any of the shell tools).
Thus, lowering priority.
