This is a change from the sahara-dashboard repo that was made after the merge process started. It needs to be added to the horizon codebase.

The cluster creation dialog needs to allow you to add a new keypair from within the create cluster dialog. This would be similar functionality to the create instance page.

    Data Processing: Adding keypair import from launch cluster dialog

    Added the ability to import keypair from launch cluster dialog.
    This brings the launch cluster functionality more in-line with
    the launch instance functionality.
