Xpad - preferences window is not scrollable

On my small laptop (10" screen), I can't see the bottom of the preferences window, neither can I scroll down in it.

The proposed solution is to make this window scrollable.

Hi Sagar,

Thanks for helping out.
Recently I have moved into my new house and there is a baby upcoming.
This results is that I have a little less time for development work.

So, if I wouldn't dive in the subject, it has nothing to do with interest,
but only with my time.

That is a nice piece of work!

I haven't tested it thoroughly, but the patch applied, compiled and the preferences box looked nice, tidy and small.
Good job.

I have merged the patch above in the main tree.

If you plan to contribute more, please consider creating your own branch.
This way you can offer your changes with a merge request.
This makes your life and my life in the long run easier.

Hey Arthur,
How is everyone at home? yeah I will follow the instruction which you told
me. I am planning contribute more and more. And may be next year I will
propose some idea for GSoC. Will discuss with some other time.
