Bug Description

Fuel 5.x documentation still reference Fuel 4.x and Havanna for status of LBaaS deployment.

http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-5.0/terminology.html?highlight=lbaas

Havana
Code name for the eighth release of the OpenStack software. For more information, see the Havana web site. Mirantis OpenStack version 4.0 and Fuel 4.1 incorporate and support the Havana code base except for the following features: The following improvements in Havana are not supported directly by Fuel 4.x although they are included in Mirantis OpenStack 4.x:

Nova Compute: Cells, Availability zones, Host aggregates
Neutron: Load Balancer as a Service (LBaaS),
Multiple L3 and DHCP agents per cloud
Keystone: Multi-factor authentication, PKI authentication
Swift: Regions, Adjustable replica count, Cross-project ACLs
Cinder: Cinder-backup service, Support for Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE)
linux-iscsi.org (LIO) is now supported as an Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) backend

I believe the Havana article is still accurate -- with information about Havana and Fuel 4.x. The Icehouse article needs to be populated with similar information but I was unable to get the list.

Do we need a separate artical about LBaaS? I can link to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Neutron/LBaaS and glean a sentence or two from that. And add "Neutron LBaaS is not supported directly by Fuel 5.x and 4.x although they are included in Mirantis OpenStack 5.x and 4.x.".

There's no need for separate LBaaS article until we can actually support it.

The list from Havana entry is still relevant for Fuel 5.x (non of the listed Havana features are supported), it's the Fuel version reference that should be expanded in that section to encompass everything from 4.0 and later.

I agree that we should come up with a similar list for Icehouse, but it should not duplicate features that were new in Havana, just a reference back to Havana should be enough.

As the documentation URL is for 5.0 and the verbage is only referencing
4.x, I think that should be changed. I think it should only reference 5.x

Your second point is a good idea, and the not directly supported (though do
we want to say deployable? installable?) by Fuel.

Quoting from http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-4.0/release-notes.html :

The following improvements in Havana are not currently supported directly by Fuel: (...bullet list...)

Do we mean "not currently deployable directly by Fuel" ...or do we mean "not currently supported by Mirantis"?

Very possibly we will want to maintain TWO lists - one with a list of OpenStack capabilities which Fuel does not leverage, and one with the list of OpenStack capabilities which are NOT READY FOR PRODUCTION USE, and thus not supportable by Mirantis.

Clarify Icehouse features not deployed by Fuel 5.0

I moved the list of Havana capabilities not supported by Fuel 4.x
into the Icehouse release, because it is supported.

Also changed phraseology from "not supported by" to "not deployed by"
