Bug Description
When you open a "save as" dialog and "browse for other folders" appears collapsed (this is remembered from the last time it was shown), then you expand "browse for other folders", you can't change the window size by dragging its borders. The only way to do it is using the "resize" option in window menu.
This doesn't happen when you open the "save as" dialog and "browse for other folders" appears expanded, or when desktop effects are disabled.
I've tested this with firefox, gedit and oowriter.

Thank you for your bug. That works fine for me using gedit on gutsy. Do you use compiz?
