Bug Description
clicking the + after add address, add email, etc. opens a dialog box, but the + should change to a - on the open dialog box, which when clicked closes the box. instead, it stays a +, and clicking it opens another dialog box.

What if instead of chaging it from a + to a minus, it just becomes
"disabled" (grayed out) and then the dialog box has a "Cancel" button?
I say this because the +/- paradigm is more often used for open and
closing nodes in a tree. In this case the '+' actually stands for
"Add". Maybe we should change it to say "Add" instead of "+"
