[EDP] 'Pending' is the only job status with lowercase

For job status we use Oozie job statuses as is without any mapping. Oozie statuses are in uppercase (see http://oozie.apache.org/docs/3.1.3-incubating/client/apidocs/org/apache/oozie/client/Job.Status.html).

Moreover we hardcode oozie statuses in Sahara code and use them as job statuses.

The only status that differs is initial 'Pending' status (see screenshot).

Since we start using uppercase for job statuses I suggest to rename it to 'PENDING'.
