regression: xrun on track load

Reliably happens on every track load on OS X 10.9.3.

This can be have two reasons:
1. It is a new xrun due to recent engine changes
2. The xrun have been always there, but is now detected by the improved xrun counter.

For the uninitiated, what's an xrun?

I'm talking about a user-audible skip on every single track load. Happens
at 20ms and below latency. The reason I think it's a regression is that I
normally develop at 1ms latency and haven't had a skip on track load in a
long time.

Single soundcard (DJ-quality) with master and headphone output enabled,
happens on all skins and latencies up to 20ms.

Lee -- an xrun is when Mixxx takes too long to process and misses its
deadline for providing audio to the soundcard. This results in a
user-audible skip.

Maybe we should add a counter for "seek errors" counting when Mixxx fails to rep the samples from the read ahead cache in time.
