Bug Description
So we can drive emulator settings from SDK UI.
For instance, change emulator size, without the need to hack /usr/share/

I personally think we may shorten the top part of the emulator so that the whole emulator becomes shorter. My curreuont Android emulator shows well on my current laptop (1300x900). However, the current emulator cannot be fully shown on my laptop screen. I have to press "ALT" key while moving it up to see the bottom of the emulator. Some of the areas on th top part of the emulator is wasted since it got a speaker there though it is useless in most of the cases.
Also, it would be good to make the wipe on the edge easier on the emulator.
Thanks & best regards,
