Law functors should return bool

For the wishlist, as discussed before.
Make law2 return false if the interaction can be erased, else true.
+ call requestErase conditionally in InteractionLoop.

Hi Bruno,

thanks for commit. But it seems, some tests are failing there [1].
Could you please have a look.

I wanted to commit something right now, but do not want to mix
your and my changes as it will be more difficult to find the bug.
