Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

Totem(-xine) no longer responds to the stop and play/pause shortcut keys in Gutsy (it did in Feisty).

The shortcut keys are set up correctly according to System / Prefs / Keyboard shortcuts (ie 0xa2 and 0xa4), and the keys work in properly Rhythmbox.

This looks just like bug #22025, but that bug is flagged as closed.

Thank you for your bug. Does it happen using totem-gstreamer? What version do you use?

I've checked and it happens in both totem-gstreamer and totem-xine (2.19.90).
