TEST CASE:
1. From the apps scope, open the camera-app
2. Press the power button to suspend the device
3. Press the power button again to resume
4. Unlock the device with the left to right swipe and reveal the apps scope
5. Press on the camera-app in the list of Recent/Running apps

ACTUAL RESULT
Camera-app opens but the image is frozen like the camera sensor didn't resume

EXPECTED RESULT
Camera is operational

This is not reproducible on build 50 and I had not seen it previously - can you retry and perhaps add more info if it can be reproduced

My mistake, the key is following step 4 exactly, left to right causes the issue whereas right to left does not.

Adding unity8 for comment since the app seems to be in a different state when the right swipe to app scope is done as opposed to any other sequence

Confrimed, and *weird*... only thing comes to mind is that it gets resumed and suspended too quickly?

jfunk, the behaviour of the greeter changed. LR swipe now directly switch to the running app instead of the dash. I don't know if it's a change in design or a bug in the greeter though

The camera app is not good at quickly being deactivated and reactivated. I am fixing that now. However the shell's behaviour is incorrect: when in the lock screen and swiping from the left edge the app is activated for a split second and immediately deactivated.
