This is present in all recent versions of KDE Desktop:
- Application Launcher in "Advanced Mode"
- Look up an item from "Favorites" (e.g. "Amarok")
- Find that item in Launcher: Left-click on Launcher, left-click on group (e.g. "Multimedia");
- Right-click on that item (e.g. "Amarok", click "Remove from Favorites"
- "Favorites" sub-menu disappears, and whole Launcher menu moves up leaving a gap between the Launcer button and menu itself

Yes, both bugs I've reported are related to "Classic Menu" style of
"Application Launcher". If needed, I can install KDE in a VM and provide
screenshots.

I see, and I can confirm this.
Just noticed that there is a separate project for KDE bugs: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-workspace/+filebug
Will you report the issue there? (or directly at bugs.kde.org if you have an account)

Gleb,

I don't have account with KDE, and I suppose bugs.launchpad.net is where I
have reported that bug. Correct me if I am wrong.

Пока,

You should report KDE bugs at Ubuntu project pages - just use the link from my previous comment.
And you have to recreate these 2 bug reports there because I can't move them to that project.

Gleb,

Just re-posted this on the link you've provided (it seems to be Ubuntu-only)
I have submitted another but report, related to same functionality
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1319599
Do you want me to re-post it again for Ubuntu?

    George

Now you shouldn't. KDE bugs are supposed to go to KDE.

http://community.kde.org/Kubuntu/Policies#Bug_Triage

Please file bugs in KDE software at https://bugs.kde.org

Changed in kde-workspace:
status: New → Invalid

I'm not KUbuntu contributor so I didn't know about this.
But if one takes another approach like https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Bugs/Reporting#Filing_a_bug_with_ubuntu-bug - is it also considered not valid now?
