Bug Description
Binary package hint: system-
I've opened the printer configuration and changed some server settings (enabled printer sharing and printer browsing). Then when I tried to "Apply" the setting it required the password of the current user but did not agree to take any valid password.
I then tried to change to the local printer page and when confronted with the "apply", "cancel", "abort" dialog I chose not to save the settings - at which point I got the crash report dialog, but the main window was still running.

I've checked in some code to handle this exception; however, I was unable to reproduce the exception here. (Perhaps this was to do with the 'nonroot' patch?)
