Bug Description

We are moving into a web that doesn't need plugins anymore, thanks to HTML5
video.

Furthermore there are:
 * privacy/tracking implications in including plugins [1]
 * NPAPI is being disabled anyway in Chrome/Chromium
 * Plugin support is being deprecated in Firefox and will trigger click-to-play

Totem also just removed their browser plugins for the above and some technical reasons [4]

Yes

It's still in utopic but has been removed in vivid and werewolf.
