Typo in german table of accounts skr04

Es muss heißen: "Vermietung und Verpachtung" statt "Vermietung und Verpackung"

Sorry for using german. I Thought a german typo should be dexcribed in german. Here the english version:

In addons/l10n_de/account_chart_skr04.xml, the name of account 4105 is wrong. It is named "Vermietung und Verpackung" (i.e. rent and package) and should be "Vermietung und Verpachtung" (i.e. rent and lease).
