inkscape --export-text-to-path converts groups to paths

Reproduced on Crunchbang Waldorf, Inkscape trunk revision 13303.

Exporting a drawing with groups of non-text objects from the console with the --export-text-to-path option also converts the grouped objects.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the in-groups.svg file (attached). The drawing contains a group with a rect and a circle.
2. Launch: $ inkscape --export-text-to-path in-groups.svg -l out-groups.svg
3. Open the generated out-groups.svg file. The group content is converted to paths.

The issue is due to the patch committed revision 11420 to fix the wishlist report Bug #903772 “Support --export-text-to-path when outputting plain SVG” (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/903772).
