Adding a new user is broken since the password is not set correctly

Bug Description
Once you're done adding a new user and try to login as that user, lightdm gives you a error stating that the password is incorrect essentially breaking the entire workflow of adding a user.
Steps to reproduce :
* Launch user manager
* Add a new user
* logout
* try to login as new user
Results :
Lightdm throws a error about the password being incorrect
Expected result:
Login succeeds as new user
