Bug Description

Fuel version: 4.1
WebApp screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0jr38zpg25q5p4d/2014-04-16-153426_1920x1080_scrot.png
exception in logs: http://pastie.org/9085072
diagnostic snapshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mn07xrupgom0wz3/fuel-snapshot-2014-04-16_13-50-55.tgz

it happens after clicking on apply changes, doesn't matter whether it's just on one node or all 6 of them. also tried to change the disk layout - doesn't help either...

one curious thing - why does the last drive have no "by-path" reference? isn't that part of the problem too?

diagnostic snapshot is attached

We aren't using fuel 4.1 anymore, nor have it installed anywhere. Our current fuel 5.0 doesn't have this issue
