Thank you for the bug report. You were right - KControl modules in Python have to be dependent on libpythonize0. I have commited the fix and it will be uploaded soon into Ubuntu. Please, install libpythonize0 using apt-get as a workaround. You should not experience this bug if you have kubuntu-desktop installed.
