If an indicator is missing ubiquity-dm hits an error, ideally we would ignore/skip that one
While handling the error it would be nice to include the new/futur location of indicator-keyboard. That indicator is the only one not moved to upstart (was an overlook/it missed the freeze), handling the new location would allow https:/
