Bug Description
I am reliably informed that I should be able to update the installed clicks on my device using the System Settings -> Update path.
Unfortunately I see no updates, but I do see them in update manager.
To reproduce.
Get some old click packages (attached) and install them. Newer ones are in the store so you should be prompted for them.

Hey Diego, could you have a look. Is there a way to test the download manager stack from some other command line/utility to see if the issue is in systems or somewhere else in the stack?
