Bug Description

The java element in sahara-image-elements does not change the file ownership of the files extracted from the tar.gz file.
So the directory tree under /usr/java ends up being owned by some random user and group (uucp user and 123 group, in my case).

It needs to do something like "chown -R root:root /usr/java".
