Bug Description

Everything looks fine after logging in, but when I resize the Ember window, all of the terrain appears to be black.
Only terrain is affected (The terrain engine changed in 7.2, so the probably cause is likely in the new engine).
This is the first log message after resizing:
[16:37:25] FAILURE (Ogre) WARNING: material ImpostorMaterial649 has no supportable Techniques and will be blank. Explanation:
Pass 0: Fragment program ImposterFragStandard cannot be used - compile error.

It is followed by messages found here: http://pastebin.com/e7yPc6SE
(the log file is also attached).

Note: system is Windows 8.1 64bit, Client version is 7.2 (the newest downloadable installer for windows).

The log output confirms that this is an issue. As I don't have a windows environment setup I'm assigning this to Péter (I don't get this issue on Linux).

The relevant log line is:
'Could not apply alias for normal map and/or composite map for terrain material "EmberTerrain_Segment_-3_-2"'

If this turns out to be too tricky to easily fix we might consider temporarily removing the ability to resize the window on Windows.
