Bug Description

The package doesn't maintain a symbols file, so partial upgrades can't be handled properly - ie what can happen is that even though package A build-deps on correct version of libgsetting-qt, there will be no runtime dependency on the newest version if new symbols are added, and therefore package A will crash during runtime.
