I made one minor change. Each desktop file should have an Encoding entry. You can always use the desktop-file-validate utility to make sure your desktop file is golden. Thanks for the patch!

This is wrong: «Encoding» is deprecated. Please use desktop-file-utils
from Gutsy to check the .desktop file, it should be up-to-date there.
