Bug Description
Changing keyboard layout using indicator applet has no effect on entering text in qt5 based applications. By default Ubuntu sets English layout to be default. I've upgraded to 14.04 from 13.10 with this settings unchanged (English layout was default in 13.10 too).
No matter what I try, qt5 apps keep receiving only English characters. There are three mode layouts present on this system: Serbian latin, Serbian cyrillic and Deutsch. None of them works.
Due to not yet that wide adaptation of qt5, I have limited number of apps to try reproductivity of this issue. Manually built Scribus (text layout application) 1.5.svn being one and qt5's Designer being the other. What does work for sure is copy+paste to this apps. If I write down text in gedit, terminal even, and copy it to qt5 apps, characters are there. So the bug is really limited to keyboard input.
No other UI toolkit is affected. Tested so far Gtk+ 2/3 and qt4.
Oh, and in case that isn't obvious - affected Ubuntu version: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr 14.04 (development branch)
